Mission is not established to force people to accept a ready-made solution. It is opened to listen to those who experience the problem, to bring together different languages and qualifications, to choose the right first step and to bear the responsibility of the outcome together.
What is Mission?
When an issue transcends one person, it needs people and continuity to carry it along.
Children's digital privacy, screen layout in the family, use of machine models at school, protection of food, water or professional knowledge are not issues that can be solved by a single expertise and a short project. Mission; It brings together people who experience the issue, different qualifications, languages and generations around the same responsibility. It does not name the product at the beginning; First, it tries to understand what is really a problem and who has the right to speak.
Mission is not about owning a problem; It means accepting to take responsibility together with others in the face of that issue.

Mission is not a slogan, campaign or ready-made solution package.
It is not a ready project name
One does not choose the solution first and then look for a suitable problem; needs and affected people are listened to carefully.
It is not the field of a single profession
Every license protects its own boundaries; Other professions look at the same issue from different perspectives.
It is not a mandatory production line
A Mission can only remain in the learning circle; Labs does not have to switch to Build, WAQF or NEMA.
It is not a short term excitement
If the issue persists, so does the relationship, recording, rectification and maintenance responsibility.

Take root in your native language
Understand and explain the issue in your own language, local experience and the real needs of your society.
Be a neighbor in another language
Listen to how people in another language and geography experience the same issue; Get support from translation technology when necessary.
Open your mastery to other qualifications

Validate need and information

Bring different licenses together

It is the real trouble and need felt within a person, household, profession, society or existence.
Mission
It is the promise of different people to learn, act and bear the results together in the face of this issue.
Project
It is a limited study attempt within Mission with a specific need, time and responsible team.
Duty
It is the clear share of responsibility that a person undertakes within the extent of her capacity and means.
Representation
The resulting guide is a service, tool, institution or artifact; It is not the truth itself, but human production that is open to examination and correction.
Working knowledge
The meeting format, duration, responsible people and trust conditions are explained.
